Public offer

This Public Offer (hereinafter — the Offer) is an official proposal by ELHISOB (hereinafter — the Contractor). Placing an order or making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of the Offer.

Customer — an individual or legal entity using the Contractor's services. Service — website, mobile app and software development and technical support provided by the Contractor.

The Contractor undertakes to develop digital products in accordance with the Customer's requirements and to provide related services. The exact scope, timeline and price of the service are agreed between the parties separately.

The price of the service is determined by the chosen product and scope of work. Payment is made through online payment systems (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer. Payment, refund and security terms are described in detail on the “Payment & refund” page.

The Contractor undertakes to provide the service within the agreed timeframe and quality. The Customer undertakes to provide the necessary information in a timely manner and to make the agreed payment.

The parties are liable for failure to fulfil their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Contractor is not liable for damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

The Contractor keeps the Customer's data confidential and uses it solely for the purpose of providing the service. Personal data is processed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

The Offer takes effect from the moment it is published on the site. The Contractor reserves the right to amend its terms. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the law.
